Are you pining for straighter teeth?
Look no further – Ipswich Dental Surgery is your answer for the best Invisalign® in Ipswich.
Invisalign® is the most advanced invisible braces solution providing a quick, comfortable and discreet way to straighten teeth by treating misaligned teeth through a series of clear, removable aligners, unlike fixed braces.
The aligners are replaced approximately every two weeks with the next set of aligners. As you progress through your journey, these set of aligners gradually move your teeth towards the final aligner set, which is custom made to perfect alignment prescribed by our private dentist in Ipswich. Once the treatment is over, we provide you with Invisalign® retainers to ensure the teeth do not relapse into the old position.
We are among the top Invisalign® providers in Suffolk and one of a few certified Elite Providers in Ipswich. As part of your treatment with us, we will work closely with you to ensure you receive the best experience with us – at a time that is convenient to you.
We can offer our patients a virtually invisible teeth-straightening solution that works quickly in comparison to more traditional treatments, with results visible in as quick as a couple of weeks. Reasons to choose us for Invisalign® clear braces in Ipswich :
One of Suffolk’s leading Invisalign® providers, Ipswich Dental Surgery was awarded the Invisalign® Elite provider status, recognising the expertise of Dr Payal in this advanced orthodontic system. Over the last year, we have seen hundreds of patients through straightening treatments and we endeavour to keep up-to-date with the latest techniques, innovations and training.

Invisalign® and You
A new smile truly can boost your confidence and can have a profound effect on everyday life. It is perfect for young professionals and teenagers who don’t want to wear the “train track braces”. What can it do for you?
We are able to treat the following cases using Invisalign® braces:
Usually when the lower jaw is wider than the upper jaw it causes upper teeth to sit inside your lower jaw. It exerts a lot of pressure on teeth causing gum problems and difficulty in chewing food properly.
An underbite is when the lower set of teeth are too far forward of the upper teeth. This can cause its own set of problems with chewing food. In certain cases, it also causes difficulty in speaking properly.
When there is a gap between two teeth or more, it causes the surrounding teeth to shift towards the neighbouring teeth. Pockets created by this shift in teeth can cause food getting stuck between teeth and gums leading to periodontal disease.
Crowding generally occurs when there is not enough room in the jaw to accommodate all the teeth. This causes your natural teeth to fight for space and causes overlapping teeth, protruded teeth or wonky teeth. Notoriously hard to keep clean and stained easily, with age, the crowding worsens as the gum shrinks.
Overbite is when the top set of teeth are overlapping the bottom teeth. When the overlapping is abnormally large, it is also referred to as a deepbite.
We can help you if you are considering teeth straightening using Invisalign®. If you are unsure if this is the right treatment type for you, why don’t you take our online Invisalign® assessment and one of our dentists will get back to you with case suitability.
Case selection is extremely important for this treatment. We recommend Invisalign® for cases with moderate to severe issues such as overbites, underbites and crossbites. Generally, if there is a need to straighten more than four teeth, we recommend this treatment. We also recommend this treatment in instances where a patient is looking for a discreet solution and doesn’t want metal braces.
Pretty similar to a traditional brace, gradually moving teeth to produce the final result. Every two weeks, you wear a new set of aligners; each new aligner is designed to shift teeth to the desired position.
Anybody who:
It involves five main steps :
Consultation – A discussion around your needs and expectations from the treatment. Our private dentist establishes case suitability and takes a set of photos as part of the assessment.
ClinCheck – We take x-rays and a digital scan or impressions of your teeth. A couple of weeks later, we present you with a 3D simulation to show you what your teeth could look like after the treatment.
Invisalign® Aligners – We give you a series of aligners (clear braces) that have been manufactured specifically for you. You change your aligners to a new set, every two weeks.
Monitoring movement of teeth – We constantly supervise, particularly in the early days to track the movement of teeth. These reviews happen every four weeks, then gradually every 6 weeks. These reviews allow us to make small refinements to ensure a successful treatment plan.
Results – At the end of treatment, we provide you with retainers that you must wear; otherwise, your teeth can relapse back to the old position.
The simple answer – it depends. We know it is not the most straight forward answer, but it really depends on:
In any case, your dentist will be able to advise a realistic timeframe at the time of your consultation (before treatment proceeds). On average, it takes about 12 months, but noticeable results are seen in as little as four weeks.
All the time. Only remove it to brush, floss, eat and drink. The more you wear the aligner, the quicker and more effective your treatment will be. Think of it this way – if you aren’t wearing the brace, it’s not going to work!
With every new aligner, you will notice a change. Each aligner is designed using algorithms to move teeth. The changes will become more pronounced as you progress through your journey. Most patients report a remarkable change around week 12.
No. Initially it takes a little while to get used to it, but you soon get very used to wearing the aligners.
The most common question we get asked is, “What is the price of Invisalign®?” This is obviously a very important factor for many patients! Invisalign® is a ground-breaking product which treats cases of varying complexity. It can take anything from 5-50 aligners – that’s why in some of the most complex cases, prices can go up to £4200.
From many of our treated cases, we have deduced that it costs on average £3600 for Invisalign® for our patients in Ipswich. We offer flexible payment terms in several ways, including upfront payment, regular amounts or interest-free finance.
What we would like to point out is that our prices include retainers for even when the treatment finishes and there are no additional charges on top of quoted prices as we pride ourselves on transparent dental treatment prices.
We don’t offer discounts; however, we have created packages that are affordable, along with payment plans.
We offer payment plans and interest free credit.
