I had been using the same dentist for years until I changed to here. I am so glad I did. I can’t praise enough Dr Payal Bhalla for her professionalism, the standard of her work and her manner. I have just completed the Invisalign treatment and wish I had done it years ago. I am so pleased with the results and with the additional fill in work I have had done. I highly recommend this practice in every respect. The reception staff are lovely and helpful, and I also had an excellent experience with the hygienist. Dr Bhalla is quite simply the best dentist I have ever had.
So far this dentist has been great, as I've struggled to get help for my 6 year old child. Finally someone who sounds like they care. They even dropped off a prescription for us in record time. Hoping we can finally get some sort of appointment next week, after nearly 2 months of hell and pain.
Needed emergency treatment... it was a Saturday... phoned up but no answer. They rang back and sent a prescription to the pharmacy as my face was swollen and I was able to pick it up that day. Dr Payal Bhalla gave a great quality of care when i needed it. Highly recommend them.

My daughter has just had her first set of Invisalign fitted today. She hasn’t had much dental work completed previously so was quite anxious but Payal was wonderful. She took time to ensure my daughter was reassured throughout and didn’t rush her during the fitting. A lovely surgeon as was her assistant Maddie. Thank you both.

Along with my family, I have been a dental patient here for many years. Personally, I'm a bit of a nervous patient and life events had taken over this year, which meant I'd let slip arranging routine dental appointments & had not been in a while. However, what a lovely surprise when entering! I had not seen the changes. Reassuringly lovely to see Ms Price and of course, some new friendly faces - putting me (and my broken tooth) very much at ease straightaway! So much so, I booked in for the Invisalign Open Day (something I'd been pining after for 10yrs!). Meeting Dr Payal Bhalla was comforting & I look forward to my next appointment and the start of my Invisalign journey, albeit with a little feeling of nervous excitement!
For as long as I can remember I have always wanted my teeth whitened. I came across Ipswich Dental Surgery and they made the whole process easy from start to finish. The staff were helpful and professional and if I had any questions they were answered. Payal made me feel really comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Plus the teeth whitening result are amazing! I would highly recommend the surgery to anyone and I will definitely be returning for any further treatments I have.

After suffering with toothache for several days, Ipswich Dental Surgery fitted me in the same day I phoned and performed two fillings. They were kind and considerate and the consequent pain was significantly reduced.
I was referred to Ipswich Dental Surgery via NHS111 for emergency treatment. I was in extreme pain following a procedure at my own dentists who were refusing to see me on an emergency basis. The receptionist at Ipswich Dental Surgery was completely understanding of my situation and she reassured me that I would be treated promptly. Likewise the dentist was totally professional, reassured me at all times and explained every step of the procedure. I am totally without pain albeit I have to return to my own dentist for completion of treatment. Thank you Ipswich Dental Surgery. If you had NHS spaces available I would not hesitate to transfer from my current dentist.

Very good dental practice, all the staff that i've met are polite and friendly. Everything was explained to me about the treatment I was to receive. I don't much like going to the dentist but Dr Bhalla made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I joined this practice at the beginning of this year. I have had several visits and have to say all of them have been a pleasure. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. I have even registered the rest of my family to this practice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.
My teeth were straightened using the Invisalign brace at Ipswich Dental Surgery. The team was super friendly and I am over the moon with the results. My teeth moved a lot and with nightly brace trays they gave me to wear, they are still perfect almost a year later. So glad I did it. I'd highly recommend them to anybody.

Really pleased with my Invisalign treatment from Dr Payal. The surgery have been great and really friendly and all my questions have been answered. I haven't been overly stunned by the at home whitening products though as I feel it doesn't last very long (even with good teeth care and hygiene.) It doesn't seem to go as white as other products I have seen online. Aside from that I would highly recommend going to Ipswich Dental Surgery for Invisalign treatment! So pleased with my results!
I had an emergency and many dental surgeries refused me. But not this one! Really friendly staff, both at the reception and in the dentist's office. I'm already booked for an appointment with a hygienist. Definitely not coming back to my previous practice!
Sorry for the long review, just had to share my wonderful experience with clear braces! Since having clear braces I’ve had SUCH an improvement in my confidence. I had braces at age 14, but ended up never wearing my retainer, meaning my teeth shifted. I had a gap in my teeth from before braces and after I had my braces removed aged 14, I had a bridge put in place. As my teeth had shifted over the years, my bridge fell out and wouldn’t fit anymore and that’s when I decided I needed to do something. I really wanted to improve my smile, as I noticed my confidence had gone and I was now smiling with my mouth closed and I was very self conscious when I spoke. I had a consultation with Dr Bhalla and decided that Invisalign wasn’t right for me as I struggle to work well with retainers. I chose clear braces & was so excited to hear the braces could work for my missing tooth as well as improving me smile. I knew fast forward 6 months I would be so much happier if I took the decision than if I didn’t. At first there was a slight discomfort, but it only lasted for under a week and the rest of the treatment was hassle free and virtually painless, just a bit achey after they were tightened, but I knew it would be worth it for the end results. The braces were only really noticeable close up and a few people I work with didn’t even notice until I mentioned them! But be careful not to eat heavily staining foods because they can discolour slightly! But the braces are only temporary, so it’s no big deal! After 6 months, I had my braces removed and added composite to my front tooth & my canine to make it fit in to its new position. Also having a fixed retainer as well as plastic ones has relaxed me about any further movement! I couldn’t be happier with the results!
