We recommend this option when a person is thinking of a replacement for all the teeth.

This is a removable option, whereby you can remove them when you sleep, and to clean them. The only downside is that they can sometimes feel loose, or get some movement when wearing. The most common reason for the movement of the denture is the amount of gum bone that you have – usually, the more bone you have; the better is the fit.

If you have loose-fitting dentures, implant retained dentures are a more long term and successful alternative as implants restrict the movement by securing them in place.

Similar to a complete set, a partial set of teeth are also removable. A notable difference is that for partial dentures to work, one or more natural teeth should be remaining

Front, back, upper or lower teeth can be replaced with this option.

We also offer a bespoke and entirely personalised option that provides a customised fit to avoid that unnatural appearance that sometimes comes with false teeth. This option allows you to:

We use a superior and more natural-looking material to make our custom dentures. We present you with various trial models to choose from before presenting the final set of teeth. During this whole process, we work with you and our master denturist to improve the optimal fit, and bite alignment of your denture.

We offer a same day option, whereby a complete denture is provided instantly after the removal (pulling out) all teeth. The clear advantage is that you don’t have to be without the teeth while you heal. Once the healing period is over, we book you again for a final fitting. As a forethought, we advise all our patients that during the healing period, the bones and gums can shrink, which can make the denture loose. Nevertheless, we can reline it later to ensure a correct fit. Depending on the material chosen for, we can craft a bespoke set for £950.

This is a procedure where we fit several implants in the jaw, and a set of false teeth is securely held in place. With this treatment option, the implants provide a much needed foundation for the dentures and hold them securely so that there is no movement. They fit perfectly.

An added benefit of this procedure is that by having implants placed in your jaw, you can protect the bone and restore the lip support, making your mouth look more defined.

Compared to a full mouth implant, implant retained dentures are an affordable treatment option and less invasive.
